Purchased an Ossur Cold Rush therapy system. Poorly engineered cold cuff began leaking within a day. Ordered a replacement Ossur cuff and same thing happened. Began leaking within a couple of days. Stuck with that system (and having paid over $200 for it) I found this product: "Cold Therapy Pad for Ice Therapy Machine Continuous Cryotherapy" by NEHOO. It is way better quality, better designed, and way cheaper than Ossur's cuffs. It fits the Ossur Cold Rush therapy machines perfectly. The elastic bands that hold the cuff to your leg (or other appendage) are also much better quality and work very well. This is just a better product, that is better designed, and uses higher quality materials than the Ossur products. I would avoid Ossur at ALL COSTS as they are sure to breakdown within days and disappoint you at a critical time in your recovery process. I have rated this 4 stars as I am not sure of its durability yet. However, it seems to be holding up much better than the Ossur product and is definately better designed. I will strive to update this review over time to let you know how well the product is holding up. In the meantime, if you haven't purchased the entire system yet, avoid Ossur and take a look at Polar Products Kodiak cold cuff system here on Amazon. These are the systems my orthapedic surgeon recommended working with hundreds of patients. Good luck and God's speed for a quick recovery.

This is a life saver! Just had knee surgery and needed to replace this pad on my machine and it fits perfectly and does an amazing job! Highly recommend and does not cost and arm and a leg!🤣

This replacement pad is compatible with the Breg Polar Cube icing system. But note swapping out the connectors is very challenging, essentially taking two men and boy to pull the original connectors out of the tubing for the new pad which are plastic plugs that are fitted inside clear plastic tubing. Once those are removed, inserting the provided Breg compatible connectors was easily done and worked fine with the Breg system.

The original Knee Pad that came with the Ossur machine developed a leak after a couple of years of occasional (as needed) use. This Nehoo replacement fit and performed perfectly without a drop of water escaping; and at well under half the cost of an official Ossur pad. Will definitely check this supplier if we need another.
