The media could not be loaded. I never had issues with alphacool, and if you have an issue it's because you are doing something wrong, never had a leak, crack or malfunction, I like this block it gives you so much build options, I used to have a large reservoir but due the space I have to purchase this one and I will say is nice and enough.

Works Great
I've been using these pump/res combo for a year with no problems so far. The PWM works as intended and there is no leakage around the gasket. Pump flow and pressure is good.
