I had never held a guitar before and this book explained everything I needed to know to get started.In a very informal style it explains chords and notes everything from tunning to playingI enjoyed this book and while I am no expert I did get to a reasonable level, I plan use it again to polish up my style. Also the cd that comes with it is very useful to compare yourself to the experts.
