I use these strings on a 28" baritone. I was hesitant to buy them as some people say they get scarily tight for tunings such as B standard, but I had no issues, they were tight for these tunings but haven't had one snap and they're still very nice to play. I had a few issues getting them through my machine head due to the gauge of the lowest string, but this is more an issue with my own guitar. They sound great especially with distortion, they're my personal choice for gigs and given the price I'm much less fussed about regularly changing them to keep up that fresh string sound.

I took a bit of a gamble on these, having never owned a baritone guitar before or tuned this low... But luckily I got perfect intonation (27" scale tuned to drop A), and the tension is lovely. Nice clarity. 💀 chug chug chug chug chug...... 😲 Sounds beefy🔥

Lovely tone, work well even on regular guitar neck lengths if you want to drop tuning a tone or two from standard without them becoming too loose to use and fuzzing against the frets

Great quality strings as always from Ernie Ball! I wanted to experiment with some songs I’m writing in a lower tuning and thought I’d give these a shot. Using a Jackson JS30RR and coming from Dark Zone strings, these Baritone strings gave me that extra push I wanted to get deeper sound while keeping a good tension on the strings. The only downside I found was that the .072 didn’t actually fit through the machine head on my Jackson, I think Ernie Ball could do with taking a note from other manufacturers but making the strings narrower at the head to account for these kind of issues.

These bad boys keep my Chapman ML3Bea baritone in Drop F. Lows have a snarl that'll shake your soul but the note clarity is still really impressive even when tuned this low. Highly recommend!

usual ernie ball quality, great tone and tuning stability. Beware though, my baritone is a reverse headstock, and the low B string just BARELY made it to the tuner. If i didnt have locking tuners, it would have never worked. Bear that in mind, if you happen to have a reversed headstock!

Might be fine for regular length guitars but not baritones. Weird, since they’re “baritone” strings. Tried two sets. Nope.
