It’s easy to slip on you don’t have to wrap it. It definitely lets you lift heavier or help you with form I would start lighter to get use to them

I have 6.75-inch wrists, which size table says should be medium, but if you compare my picture with the product photo model's picture (which shows the cross-section in the middle of the model's palms), you will see the cross-section extremely below the palm of my hand! Medium is extremely BIG for my hand and I should have sized down. I was still able to use it, but the loops do not fit snug along my wrist when it is wrapped around a bar. So 3-stars for it's OK, but I'm really disappointed the size table was not accurate.Edit: Important information! Since the first 3 reviews were all bad because size table was bad, they have corrected it so that less than seven inches is small. Good on them for correcting it! If you are Medium but close to small, I would still size down.

My husband tried out these lifting straps and he said they practically did not work at all. Size seems very large and they just did not help no matter how he tried them. Maybe if you had the exact right fit they would work, but seems like an issue with the design.

I am an avid weightlifter and use lifting straps for deadlifts and other lifts where I need extra support with my grip.Unfortunately, the WARM BODY COLD MIND Figure 8 Lifting Straps did not work for me.I tried to use them the last time I deadlifted. They are awkward and certainly did not help with my grip. I really tried and I wanted these to work, but unfortunately, they did not.The size was too big as others have noted. I sized at a "medium" but these seemed too big. There was too much slack in the wraps to do any good. I just had figure 8 straps around my wrist that really didn't help with much during the lift.I can say that these seem well made. They are solid and stitched well, but if you lift heavier weights and want wrist wraps the feel secure, these probably aren't going to work for you.

There's no instructions on how to use these so I had to google them but figured it out rather easily. I used the size guide to pick my size but I should've went down a size. My wrist were slightly above 6in so I went with the medium instead of small and they are way too big. I mainly got these for deadlifts which even being loose seems to help. I feel like I can lift more without the extra strain on my fingers and wrists. It does mention if you want a tighter fit so smaller so I should have went down a size. Overall, a decent product.

I wanted to love these figure 8 lifting straps but they are so big I cannot comfortably use them. The recommended size is way to big for my wrist so I will be gifting these to someone who can benefit from them.

I don't love the size of these wraps. I measured my wrist and fell in between sizes. So I ordered up in size as I was afraid I would not be able to fit my hands into a smaller size. They are huge and so thick that I can't work with them. I had to look up another brand to figure out how to use them. The measurement suggestion wasn't too much help. Women-do NOT size up!!!!

I have seen many people using this type of lifting strap successfully. The product looks very well made a durable however I could not get comfortable setting up for my lifts with this type of strap.
