I purchased this Godrej refrigerator in May 2025, and it has proven to be a major disappointment. Every time the unit starts up, the compressor makes an extremely loud, harsh, and poor-quality sound that is disruptive and clearly indicates a defect. This is not normal operation; it is a sign of a poor-quality compressor and an appliance not fit for use. I am immediately demanding a full money refund and require an urgent reply from the seller and manufacturer to resolve this issue.

Delivery was timely. Packing was good. But had issue with "open box delivery process" , the delivery person didn't unpack the box despite our repeated requests and he told us that a technician will call in 24 hrs and do the installation. In reality this product doesn't come with a default installation. I had to escalate with Amazon and Amazon promptly provided desired support by assigning a technician on the very next day who did the unpacking, set-up and briefed product usage tips. Proud to be a long & loyal Amazon customer. Product is good and as per specs. Thank you AMAZON for your amazing support.

Ice freezes frequently in the freezer and the water tub is very small due to which when the ice melts, water spills all over the house.
