This is good! The ither brand we have been buying for years is discontinued so we decided to try this one and id say its comparable. I do think this one was a bit of a thinner or more runny liquid compared to the other brand but overall still works, still healthier and richer than using vegetable or olive oil. Deffinately elevates cake baking, I truly believe its what makes them so soft, moist and adds that extra richness in flavor and color.

Who ever thought I’d continue purchasing due to a nifty little funnel-shaped dispenser in the mouth of the bottle? Ingenious! No more annoying dribbles down the bottle that turns to a sticky goo between uses. Bottle shape? Just right for pouring. Flavor? Wonderful. Weight and density of container material? Perfect for arthritic hands. I highly recommend this purchase. It has simplified several challenges!

Great for high heat cooking and for iron skillet seasoning. Neutral taste, so it does not affect food flavors.

Quality product that is difficult to find at your local grocery store. Have ordered it for several years.

I have been buying this oil for cooking for a while now. I liked the price and the fact that it is rather light and mild flavored. It is not the most healthy oil, but it is not bad. THEN, I stumbled across a warning that as a hayfever sufferer safflower is likely to bother me. SHEESH!

Wow, the smell and taste are so good! I even add to my peanut butter jar and It makes the peanut butter taste like oldfashion.I will never buy anything else! And it is good for you too!

I am glad that Amazon carries this oil; no stores near me carry it. It has good health benefits. My main use is I cook my dog’s chicken in the crockpot for her food. It smells nice.It cooks the food well; I like that it doesn’t make her food oily & has good benefits for her.

I used to use Avacado oil, but I found this particular product to have a completely neutral flavor. I also like how thin it is compared to other oils because it makes spritzing it out of a spray bottle work better. A little goes a long way, and it adds practically zero taste to the food. Unless a recipe specifically needs olive or avacado flavor from the oil, this is my default choice for any and all cooking. I even use it on the BBQ grill!

Oly smokes this oil is amazing. Very light taste and doesn’t burn like other oils
