I'm a computer repair technician and I use these every day to transfer large amounts of client data. USB 3.2 Gen 2 has a maximum recommended cable length of around 3 feet (1 meter) because beyond that length it can introduce an unacceptable level of signal degradation. This can result in data loss, reduced speeds, or the cable failing to function at all. HOWEVER, if high enough quality materials are used in the cable, it can technically be longer than that, but in order for this to be true, the cable must be engineered beyond the recommend USB 3.2 Gen 2 recommended specification. I can confidently say that this cable is. So many cables that are even 5x more expensive than this one are not designed with this high of quality materials. I highly recommend this weird, cheap, off-brand cable to anyone who's looking for a long, reliable cable for data transfers. Please note that this cable is installed in a permanent setting, so I can't speak to the longevity of the cable if you're plugging it in and unplugging it frequently.

Bought this so I could transfer data from Samsung phone to my computer. Works great. Just connect and go. The cord itself feels pretty heavy duty for a USB cable. It also has a nice chord keeper attached.

THEY WORK!!!! I have bought too many cables that claim to be super-charging and they are not. THESE WORK! The charging speed is definitely super fast, I can't give precise time because I never remember to monitor it, but definitely within 1-2 hours MAX and that is without conscious notation I have 100% on Motorola Phone, 11 Inch Tablet, multiple portable chargers. Great, great value because THEY WORK. They are durable cause I am hard on cords, the bright red color is fabulous for FINDING it. I could not be happier, thank you so much for a legitimate item at a great price.

I bought this because my other cable for my car audio all of a sudden wasn't working- so I got this one and it works WAY better!The transfer rates on data is phenomenal 👌 While download rates are high as well!Length was exactly what I ordered, the thickness is great and I love the braided cord. It makes the durability go thru the roof.Lastly, the value for the money is very much well worth it. 5/5 stars. Thanks!

This was purchased as a gift for my father. Heneeded a new usb cable to run Android Auto without the carcrashing it. This cable solved all his problems (it was the data transfer speed).
