Easy to install and great value!
These sensors were easy to install with the APP and so far are functioning as advertised. They are a great value for the money and give me piece of mind against potential plumbing leaks! I highly recommend them!

X-Sense is Awesome
This is an excellent sensor. I wish it was HomeKit but the hub is easy to use. I have a CO2 detector and listeners for my hardwired smoke detectors. I even have a mailbox sensor so I know when the mail arrives. X-sense is incredibly reliable and the only hub I will use.

Pretty Straight Forward.
I replaced a bunch of old detectors that would randomly trigger and need a stool to reset with these. Plus I added the water detector. Hoping that they are more reliable and convenient. Particularly like that that they are networked and remotely accessible. Installation was as expected but I found the choice of hole placement for the mount a bit of overkill.

Works Decent But…
This Product is great and does work well enough to pay for itself. I installed the base station and a total of 6 water leak sensors. The set-up is easy and not difficult to understand at all; however, I find while setup is easy, connection to the Wi-Fi is only 2.4ghz like most IoT devices. The main problem with today's IoT Devices and not all of them are up to date with the WiFi Security standards the base station only allow 2.4ghz on WPA2 or WPA 2/3 and it doesn’t allow Protected management frames. For the WiFi I believe the base station has a security weakness. The Water leak sensors pair fast and easy and are very sensitive, we discovered a sink under our kitchen sink the first day of install. Both the base station and sensor alert making it known a leak has been detected, additionally they can be silenced as well. The App controls are easy to use and firmware updates are possible. The sound control on the basestation is limited but making adjustments using App allows for sound changes.

Exactly what I need to prevent another water disaster
I have just moved back into my home after 2 1/2 months of reconstruction due to massive water damage. It was a sink faucet hose that broke and flooded my home. It was a real mess and costly even with home owner's insurance. Now that I'm back in and all is well, I need solid prevention of another water disaster. I selected X-sense water leak detectors. Today, I installed 6 sensors and one base station. The instructions are very complete and easy to understand. After I downloaded the app to my iPhone, I started with the base unit getting it configured to connect to my wifi. That took about 5 min with no problems. Next, I configured the 6 water sensors. That was very easy and I followed the manual exactly. I was able to name each sensor by its location like "Master Left Sink", and so on. I used the iPhone app to do all this. Once all were placed, I used the app to test each one to verify they work plus verify that I can actually hear the alarm with and without hearing aids no matter where I am in the house. Yes, they are loud enough. The app logs the tests with a date/time stamp so I can see when last tested. Check the photo and you can see the lonely little sensor waiting for some drips or a spray. I can see on the iPhone app that the sensor is on line, signal strength of the connection to the base unit and battery life. Just what I need.

Excellent!
It all started with a mailbox sensor. I researched all that was offered on Amazon and decided on X-Sense. I am so glad I did. I now also have a driveway sensor, multiple door and window alarms, motion sensors, 6 keypads, smoke and heat alarms, water sensors, temperature and humidity sensors. I have a complete security system and a complete safety system. X-Sense tells you you can have 50 devices on a base station. What it doesn't tell you is that you can have multiple base stations. I have 2, one named security and one named safety. I control everything from the app and get notifications for everything. The available settings in the app are extensive, including naming the device, naming its location, choosing a notification sound, etc. You can set the security alarm for off, home and away. You can set the motion sensors to only function when in away mode. I am just extremely satisfied with everything. Choose a device, tap a button on the app, double tap a button on the device, it connects and you are done. If desired you can then tweek things, even editing the order the devices show up on the screen in the app, as well as naming and renaming whatever you want.

Simple install and a bargain price
I already had the X-Sense base unit and several smoke/CO detectors. Adding the water detector could not have been easier. Batteries were already installed, and all I had to do was go into the app on my phone and click "+" to add a device. It prompted me for what type of device and then told me to double-tap the one button on the detector. From there, it "found" the detector and added it to my network. A cost effective solution!

Works as intended, saved us 3 days after installing it. Just batteries started being depleted after 3 weeks, but could be because it beeped for a long time before we noticed it
