Excellent flavor, normal coconut cream texture, worked well in homemade sugar-free pumpkin spice creamer

This is easily the best coconut cream I've ever had. straight out of the pouch it would make a great dessert just chilled. You could top it with cacao nibs, cinnamon, or you could add chia seeds to it. I used it in a simple chicken soup with red pepper flakes first. in the soup the sweetness disappears. Highly recommend this if you're on keto. Wow. I'm so impressed!

I discovered this product at a local discount grocery store and after buying one case to try, I went back and purchased whatever they had left - both coconut cream and coconut milk. It was that good. And every single packet in every single case was AMAZING! Now mind you the cases were ridiculously cheap - only $3. Yes $3 per case. It was one of the best finds at this store. After I used all of it (the store did not get any more of this product), despite the cost, I decided to order a case on Amazon. Every single packet had that gross aftertaste that a lot of coconut milks have. I opened each packet and was so disappointed as I was looking forward to that perfect product I had previously. Why the inconsistency? I've recently been making my own coconut milk from organic dried coconut and believe I discovered why this product and other products have that gross after taste. Likely from rancid oils on the cleaning equipment. After preparing and straining my own milk (blended coconut & water - 1 to 3 ratio for 3 minutes) I rinsed the cotton straining bag with just water and hung it over a jar to dry. Once dried there was that disgusting smell that so many coconut milks have - especially the ones without any additives. I'm going to try dawn dish soap next and will update. Regarding the inconsistency of this product? Why were the cases I bought at the discount store perfect and the one case I bought here on Amazon so gross? I have to assume it is poor quality control, and likely inconsistent cleaning of the equipment that the milk is made on. This product is SUPER EXPENSIVE but if it was guaranteed to not have that disgusting aftertaste I would never be without it! As it stands the purchase was a huge waste of money but more than that the product COULD be amazing. No additives and separate from the bad after taste, the consistency of the products are perfect. I opened, tasted and threw away each packet after opening. Super disappointed. Also, by the time I thought about asking for a refund the time either lapsed, or a return was not possible with this product.

Not sure about bad reviews. Appeared good quality to me. I refrigerated a few hours before using which solidifies it. I used in Thai Massaman and it was great. I cooked the chicken about half way first and drained the fat. Added a few ounces to cook a bit more to make sure all the fat was out and then cooked the sauce with more coconut cream and added together. Can serve with rice, noodles or baked potato. Even my K and 1st grade grand daughters love it.

This product is PHENOMENAL. Upon opening the container I see that the coconut oil has separated from the cream!!! If you know anything about making coconut oil that’s the final stage of making cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil. Unbelievable quality and freshness. I’m buying another batch immediately 🙌🏾.

Probably best for cooking, it is definitely unsweetened.. But it is organic and I appreciate companies that offer us organic products so this is best for cooking not for drinking unless you added it to a smoothie.

The taste is good, but huge chunks of coconut is not great in my coffee, too expensive to not be wonderful. I'll try another pouch and see if that's normal. Picture is the pulp in one cup of coffee, yuk! An update for this: Customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund and replacement. I tried the other pouches and found them to be excellent! The one pouch was evidently an added gift intended to allow me to try one WITH pulp. (It was a 7th pouch, which I did not realize) so, all being said, the cream is delicious and smooth. Great Customer service, which is rare these days. Thank you

I really liked the deep coconut flavor and the lumps smooth out with a bit of kneading. The only thing I found lacking was resealing. That would make the product perfect. Easy storage as well.
