Does what it’s supposed to do. The barbell pad is a thick foam and comes with straps to prevent it from moving around while you’re working out. It only works if you use them. Ankle straps are light weight and durable. They are also padded so the material doesn’t irritate the skin. The wrist straps are very durable and material doesn’t feel rough or irritate my skin.

This entire set is amazing for the gym! I’m glad that it includes great material, comfort, and sturdiness. the bar padding works great for hip thrust as well. Do not hesitate to purchase, it is definitely worth the investment if you’re considering on finding the most optimal and affordable set.

This works perfectly for me. I love having matching color equipment. My only complaint is that the bag doesn't fit everything well and the drawstring on the bag has already broken.

The bands are thick which makes you work harder, which is great! Good pieces for the amount of money. The barbell pad could be thicker but honestly it’s still the same!

I use this bag on every single leg day. I have the hunter green kit and I love that it’s so easy to identify. The barbell pad is so cushiony and easy to strap on—I don’t know how I used the standard gym ones before. The ankle straps have lasted well and don’t hurt to wear/aren’t abrasive. I haven’t mastered the wrist grips yet but that’s probably user error. Would highly recommend this to any beginner or intermediate looking to get more serious in the gym.
