Unsuitable voltage and plug
Voltage and plug not compatible with the UAE, no mention of this in the product description. Product have to be returned.

للاسف طلبته ووصلني لكن الفولت 110 ولم يكن موضح بالمعلومات للاسف فهو لايعمل على 220 بالسعودية وارجعته

I’ve had a really positive experience using my Lifepro product. I bought if for my mum, the adapter is missing / not included. The seller should at least mention in the product description that it is an US(?) power plug and recommend an adapter for the EU countries.
