I wanted a fully adjustable arm to fit my field monitor to the accessory screw of my tripod. The normal method of fitting a monitor to the flash shoe on the camera wasn't an option for me as I use a dedicated Canon microphone there which saves having to have a lead going to the mic input of the camera. Delivery was quick and the arm fitted both the field monitor and tripod easily using the thumb screws. Lining up the monitor to give the best view I wanted was simple and the large locking arm kept everything in position. What I particularly liked is that the lock does not have to be tightened up too much for everything to remain stable. A solid piece of kit that works fine.

A quality articulating arm, locks solidly and the Arri pins ensure that both ends remain in place. This is the 2nd one of these I've purchased. Used for attaching a monitor to the Tilta top handles of my brace of Canon C200s. Moving the monitor to a different position is quick, easy and secure. Very happy with the various Tilta products I have and these are no exception.

Tilta created this to be abke to use other appliaces with the cages so mines now attached fmyo my external screen to give me more access to my canera buttons and settings... amazing bit ofnengineering for this tool... so if tilta is reading this Ive got my eye on some more of your kit... if you fancy reaching out and offering ill happily create some art out of it...

Absolute brilliant bit of kit , locks super tight and finds any angle you need .

I bought this with the cold shoe attachment. After a day of use, the handle mechanism stripped when I was trying to tighten it, making the arm completely useless. Normally I like Tilta stuff but this is ridiculous. I tried contacting Tilta within two weeks of purchasing it and when they didn’t reply, I tried again. By the time I tried the Amazon route they said it was not longer within the 28 day period so I couldn’t do this. I’ll no longer be purchasing Tilta gear unless this is fixed - I’m more than happy to switch to smallrig or wooden camera.
