Tefal comes through again. This is a great steamer. It's a bit bigger & heavier than anticipated, but you can tell it's quality. I'm thrilled not have to drag out an ironing board and iron to get rid of unsightly wrinkles in my clothes, or worry about damaging delicate fabrics. The steamer is simple to use: plug it in, it heats quickly, and doesn't spit water like my old steamer did, and the cleverest aspect is the removable, reversible head. One side is a soft velvet for delicates (silk, etc), while the other is for sturdier materials like denim or cottons. A quick pull to remove, click to reseat and done. The water tank is generous enough to do a number of items before needing a refill. (The weight of the fabric and how deeply the wrinkles are set will make a difference in steaming time.) It comes with its own little travel bag which makes it so much easier to contain the cord during storage or travel. While this steamer was a little pricier than I'd anticipated spending initially, it's well worth the investment. Would highly recommend.

Finally a steamer that doesn’t spit water and actually gets rid of creases in quite a few fabrics. I’ve tried a more expensive and much bigger Tefal one, and a more portable one from Philips, but this worked better than both. It worked really well on my winter coat and heavy cotton sweatshirt. It was less successful with viscose trousers which look better pressed anyway, but I wish it worked on a polyester skirt which is only slightly less creased than before. The water tank is very small, I had to refill every one or two garments. But it is not too heavy and simple to use with no complicated instructions.

This is a great little machine, and easy to use. It doesn't do quite what an iron does - while it removes creases reasonably well, it doesn't press your clothes. I use it on fabrics that might be harmed by inept ironing. It's small and light enough to take on holiday. If only one thing needs doing, it's much more convenient than getting the ironing board out. The water tank is small (about one very creased item per tank) so perhaps not for people who need to do this for hours every day - but for what it is, it's perfect. Also: I really like the cotton bag included. It's a small, but thoughtful addition, that makes it easier to pack and unpack from a suitcase, and to protect from dust at home.

I got this because I just needed something to tidy up the odd piece of clothing and it's ideal for this. I've used it on 2 tshirts and it's done a good job. It feels a bit heavy after a while but it heats up quickly and gets the creases out no problem. It's definitely not good for thicker clothing and the tank is small but it isn't a problem for me as I don't have lots of creased clothes. I got 2/3 of the way through the tank from 2 tshirts but I mostly want to use it for something I'm wearing on the day so the tank is ample for my needs. If you want something that you can run over your clothes before you wear them that will get creases out reasonably fast, then this does the job. If it's for doing a weekly pile of ironing, especially thicker tops etc, then I dont think this isn't the right product for that. It definitely suits my needs though so I'm happy with it. Also pleased with the bag and it's pretty easy to pack if you're taking it travelling. I haven't had any water leaks and I like that the 2 lint features are basically on either side of the pad so you just turn it round and don't have an extra piece to carry everywhere that you hope doesn't break in the bag.

Steamer was faulty, but returns policy was easy to follow, I brought the same steam from a store and I actually love it , it’s easy to use and Is quick to release creases

I really like this steamer, it heats up quickly and is easy to use. It easily gets creases out of clothes with little effort. It is also small and compact and not too heavy so great for taking in a suitcase, it really refreshes clothes and makes them look fresh and smart after packing. It works well on linen and linen mix items that have been heavily creased in a suitcase. The water chamber is small and does require refilling, this is a something I don't mind as it means it is great for travelling. I recommended this to my sister and she also bought one and is very pleased.

Been after a steamer for a while. This was a new colour & on special offer so went for it. Heats up quickly & works great. The two different heads are useful too. It is tricky to use because the water compartment doesn't click in flush so pressure from your fingers on the 'handle' part keeps pushing the water container off. It could do with a locking button to lock water container on because it became ridiculous having to keep putting it back on after it had dropped off... again! Cable a decent length but maybe another 0.5m would be perfect.

This has changed my life in a good fun way. I am lazy and I only pick out clothes in the morning b4 work. Having this has saved a lot of time since it starts so fast. About the water tank, it's enough for me to steam the outfit of the day. Quite happy !

Love this gadget. Portable. Easy to use. Ideal to refresh 1 outfit, not designed to do large number of items. Looks goid. Luke it comes with a carry bag.

Super steamer, all creases gone without the need to get the iron and ironing board out. Perfect for my dresses, children's uniform and delicate tops. Is lightweight enough to travel and put into suitcase. To note though the water tank will only be enough for one garment at a time. But it didn't bother me as i just look at it getting my steps cout going back and forth to get it filled up.
