Ordered 2 of the 40GB with 6GB roaming for our trip to Orlando. Followed the steps from the QR code and in no time the Three sim was up and running as simple as that . Received an email straight away from speakeasy telecom saying it was all set up , also very informative . Very pleased so far , then just as I'm texting my daughter to tell her about the sim card I got a call from Ali I think it was from speakeasy which was very thoughtful and went over a couple of things with me , I just thought this was a nice touch and I'm sure if anyone who is unsure about anything they would be more than willing to help . 5 star from us with the service we've had. This SIM is sold through an external company. My SIM did not connect to any local or USA networks. When I contacted Speakeasy from the UK, they were very polite but told me it must be that the 3 network was down in my area and I would have no problem using it in the USA. This was not the case and I ended up without a working SIM and unable to contact my family back home whilst away. Both Amazon and Speakeasy refused to give me a refund, since they claim it is not their responsibility. Avoid this company!

I bought this to go in a tablet I’ve been using for navigation through several European countries.Over a week I’ve used around 3GB with no issues and it actually connects more quickly than my phone when crossing borders.Much better value than a subscription.

Bought to use in the usa and worked fine. Just remember ro ser it all up before you leave the uk.

It probably deserves 4.5 stars, but that's not possible to give. Almost 5 stars except for one issue. Set up was fine and easy. It didn't activate exactly when I asked, but customer service was very responsive and helpful, even outside the hours they advertise. The packaging and emails say you need to make a UK phone call after activation, but that wasn't the case, confirmed by the seller. I needed to restart the phone for the data to work, that wasn't mentioned by the seller, but I've had similar before so knew what to do.It worked flawlessly in Singapore and Australia. The only slight issue was in Indonesia. The first day the local network must have been down as 4g was showing on the phone, but nothing worked. That wasn't the sellers fault obviously, but the sim only allowed you to connect to one network in Indonesia and that was the one that was down on that day. If I could have connected to an alternative it would have got 5 stars. Same at another island in Indonesia, only one network was available and it was one the sim wasn't allowed to connect to. Overall though, when the network was available it worked absolutely fine. I often managed to connect when 10-15 miles off shore as a bonus. Overall absolutely worth the money and great customer service too

Being a pair of old fogeys, we struggled to set this up initially, but spoke to Zac who was very helpful, talked us through it articulately and got it up a running. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of his response.

Hard to manage as got this card for Australia … but not unlimited text/calls. Found it difficult to use!

I registered the sim and put £5 on. I managed to get 4 texts off on my way to the states but it would not text or recieve texts from american numbers, and yes we were both using the right country codes. I could also not get any date or connect to the internet outside of wifi services I could join. A total waste of money.
