I was tasked with ordering custom floor mats for my church's remodel project, and these rugs were just what I was looking for! The ordering process went smoothly, and the seller was easy to communicate with regarding customizations and changes. The rugs arrived within the quoted time frame, and we were definitely pleased with how they turned out. The mats are of good quality, and the customized lettering is vibrant although we went with black. If you are on the fence about ordering, go ahead and push the button! You will not be disappointed.

The replacement mat came today. I didn’t know. I could get one for a Matt that I approved the proof but got something different. I appreciate the replacement. It looks great in our front door. Thank you for replacing the item that was Seemingly nonrefundable on this app.

As you can see Frm this photo I have gum on my floor (I have kids) 😅 but this is a very REAL feedback… I had this custom rug made for my shoe room (I’m a new home owner) I wasn’t sure how it would come out but when I received it I just fell in love. Who could tell this isn’t real Versace. “How would they know” 😂 very easy to clean, thick enough, didn’t even need to put carpet tape down because it stays in place. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this purchase. Thanks sm to the seller. All I had to do was cut it to fit in the spot I needed it for. Which was also easy to do 10/10 recommendation.

Printed a symmetrical design on a 2'x4' mat, and while the initial design the returned back to me was too big of a logo. Worked with them via email to get the logo to size, I was warned about small print being very blurry but am more than satisfied with how these turned out.

Before production, the company wisely sent an e-mail with color jpg, to confirm design. I suggest that you view that email on different screens. Screens/ monitors can be color-balanced differently themselves.I picked fairly low-contrast colors, which is a bit fussier, and the Amazon rendering, and email, were true for me.I didn't look for tracking info. Perhaps not much, as it came from Hong Kong via Cathay Pacific Air.Inside the shipping box, the mat is tightly wrapped, separately also. It would be nice if that wrap were easier to remove, but probably good that something like that wrap is there.Jury out, on gluing the mat to concrete. Not with MY hot-glue gun. One type of "Goop" (brand name) stuck to concrete, but not to the mat. One kind of 3M VHB double-sided sticky tape -- decent to dry concrete, don't know if it gets wet. And decent to back of mat. Would appreciate any other recommendations. Cheers
