The Touchjet Wave is a game changer.
I purchased this product because I thought it would be a great addition to my conference room TV; and it was! Instead of just clicking through a PowerPoint presentation, it allows for presenters to stand up and interact with the screen and the audience. This has made for more lively interactions and better engagement with the presentation content. Plus the price is great when you consider you can use your existing TV in new and compelling ways. I was in the education projector business (selling to K-12 schools and colleges) for a while and this product is a much better and less expensive alternative to what has been used in classrooms across this country. A standard TV and the Touchjet Wave is a classroom game changer! As you may have read, the set-up is easier if you install the app first but either way, with a little tech knowledge, it was easily mastered. I have yet to use this at home but can see how it would be a fun addition to my family room TV.One last comment: It is portable and could be used for travel presentations or to just move it to other office TVs ..or new TVs when purchased.

Big improvement with the new Lily pen!
I recently upgraded the WAVE unit for this WAVE + LILY and it is so much more accurate and responsive than the original WAVE unit with finger touch. Overall the quality is great, has the same layout and system settings of the original WAVE but now just with much better touch responsiveness and control with the LILY pen. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. My kids' school librarian tried this unit I bought as well and loves the interactive nature of the technology and how responsive it is with the LILY, and at a combined cost with the TV a fraction of what she has spent on larger interactive whiteboards for the school. She will be buying a WAVE + LILY unit as well for the school library and a stand to be able to roll it around the school for classroom use as well!

Revolutionary!
My work colleague set it up and said. "This is really cool!" When I saw it in action, I loved it. All I could think is I can't wait for my kids to do their homework and school art projects this year. It is incredibly easy to set up and I was able to use it within 5 minutes. Touchjet turned our dusty, old flatscreen monitor into a state-of-the-art touchscreen promptly. The lily charged very quickly and was incredibly easy to calibrate. Using it instead of your finger elevates the experience. It feels fancy. In short, exciting product! Thank you Touchjet!

Take TV viewing to another level!
Transformed my old Samsung with 50” into a “smart” interactive TV. I originally bought this to use with my grand kids as it would allow me to share with them Netflix movies and allow them to interact with educational games. We have fun as a group doing math problems and playing “Angry Birds” on the big screen.I’m also going to add another Wave to my office for collaborative work groups. A lot less expensive than any of the other solutions on the market.Install was easy and straight-forward. I especially like the ability to share photos from any of our phones. I will definitely recommend this to anyone interested in interacting with their TV both for fun or in business.

Great concept, poor execution
As you can see from the round tape patch in the attached picture, I apparently wasn't the first one to use and then return this product. That should have been my first red flag.To be fair, I really like the concept and the overall design of the mount and hardware is on point. The problem is with the underlying android technology. Over the course of the three hours I spent working with it, I got frequent app crashes. I slowly went from loving the idea of the product to wanting to rip it apart and take a large axe to the android hardware. It made the product nearly unusable and definitely not something I'm going to put in a board room or conference room. I did try to run an update to see if that would take care of the app crashes but as you can see in the second picture, it wouldn't connect to the update server. The error message was amusing, though: Check Your OTA Servier Argent[SIC]. That's not a typo on my part.Bottom line, this would be a great product with the Android innards replaced by an HDMI In port or just a straight up USB3 or 3.1 connection so I could run the touch/pen portion off of a PC or a Mac. The buggy Android implementation ruined an otherwise great piece of hardware.

WILL NOT CALIBRATE ON 55" SCREEN
I set the system up perfectly. Even when you touch the screen, the alignment light stays on green, but the calibration will not recognize my fingerprint within10 inches of the dot. Since I can't calibrate it, it is 100% useless to me. What a disappointment. I've tried calling tech support, but its just an answering machine, and no one responds to emails... I guess they gave up on their product too.UPDATE: I FINALLY got an email from TouchJet, but it was links to videos on how to set it up. They also said ambient light may affect it. I tried to calibrate it again with the screen size reduced to 80% (as low as it will go) and turned the lights off. It still would not detect my finger unless I moved 3-4 inches from the dot. I cannot return this item now. Also, some reviews said support is quick to respond, that is not true! I have waited for days for a response!

What I wanted, the fun of a tablet but much more interactive
I bought the wave for my teenage nieces and nephew, I thought it would be fun for them to have a huge tablet that they could use together. It took about 10 minutes to get set up. They key is to stabilize the box and make sure it is level. The kids helped out so it was actually fun to set up. What strikes me is how interactive the Wave is. We started out looking at photos, and rather than staring over each other's shoulders, we were up zooming and flipping through photos, of course everyone wanted to skip through their embarrassing moments and zoom in on their siblings. We are still learning what we can do with the Touchjet mobile app. So far we have mostly used it for streaming.
