Function: Sturdy, functions as advertised. The product works well, keeps wine chilled for a while. Plastic means you can take it outside if you wish, although the carafe itself is glass. The bottom screws off so you can remove the ice pack, this seems well made and functions well.Packaging and delivery: well packaged in strong box, glass protected by the plastic surround and completely intact. Delivered on time. Excellent.Looks: The cap is less white than the White gloss exterior, this will probably bother very few people, but personally I would have preferred it to match. This is a minor flaw, I will definitely consider a second product from this company and recommend them heartily.

This is easy to use, and looks good. Water etc. stays chilled for ages, and the lid is a welcome addition. The glass isn't thick but seems durable, so far, It's slightly bigger than I expected, and people with small hands might have to use both. The chiller holds the carafe quite firmly, and when full the carafe is fairly heavy to lift out. But it's very stable, and well designed..

I want to use this for keeping milk cool at breakfast time. There is no actual spout for pouring - which means it can drip and not pour with total ease. I also was not (and still am not!) sure whether it's designed for the whole thing (glass jug AND cooler) to be picked up at the same time to pour - or whether it's supposed to be lifted out of the cooler. If the latter, it does not lift out very easily.

Does what it says on the box ! Keeps drinks cold for a good hour I'd say and looks good too. Used regularly.

Really impressed by this. The glass carafe is excellent quality and the fact that u can cool drinks when they're in there is a brill idea. Very pleased.
