What are the largest and smallest wire diameters compatible with this? I cannot tell based on the picture. AWG or mm wire size compatibility is fine.

I've just done a bit of measuring on a 400V 30Amp terminal block strip with the following results , with the securing screws retracted it has a bore of 4mm and the standard bore size for a household appliance is approx 2.4mm . Hope this helps .

Hi, You can use these to make the repair but you dont need 60 amp connectors as a microwave oven is only 13 amps. So use a smaller terminal block and tape it up well to make it safe. T

Hi, I needed the 60amp block to allow joining two 16 mm cables. These are very thick and difficult to manipulate in a tight space ie junction box. The answer is that it can be a higher amperage connector but not a lower amp connector for what you want. However if the cables you wish to join are smaller than 6mm then I would use a 30a connector.
