If you have a small projector with 1 HDMI and 1 Power Cord it works OK
Take a close look at the specs. It is a small shelf and probably will hold no more then 11 pounds. The cable openings at each end of the post are small. I really had to work to get my power cord and 2 HDMI cables through it. The mechanical design of the screw clamps is pretty janky. You have to align a floating threaded screw plate with the floating plastic plate on the other side. When you are mounting this on a ceiling, this was a bit frustrating. Why not just have a threaded plate embedded in the post? Also, not a lot of room in the design to maneuver a screwdriver and no hope with power driver. After it was all over, it is a bit wobbly with only 2 small wood screws (for normal ceiling mounting). But I will never be up there much so I think it will work OK.

I bought for my projector and it still look l8ke new. It is sturdy and very durable.

Great Stand
If you touch it, it will wobble, so just be mindful of that. There was a small piece missing, but we found a screw that would do the job!

Worked like a charm! Hanging something above your head is no easy task, but once we got it hung up we had no issues with it. Good for the price, and easy to adjust!
