I received for Christmas last year. The unit stopped charging over the summer. I had not the time to deal with it until tonight. I looked up serial number and it said still under warranty. I called the number for HP customer service and was speaking to an actual person within 10 minutes. to shorten this story... after about 15 minutes of back and forth discussion of problem and solution and an exchange of emails He says my new unit will be shipped in 5 to 8 business days. The funny part is i bought another one this afternoon. Gues i now have a spare

These are great! The quality is amazing. Sound quality is great. We’ve purchased two and love them. Charging is very easy. You have two options. Either use the plug directly to the ear piece or use the charging station. Connectivity to your computer is a simple plug and play. Clarity in sound is spot on. Also, the audio to mute background noise is superb. Overall function I love!

The sound quality was really good. The noise cancellation was exceptional. The primary reason I returned is it was a bad fit for my ear. It rub my ear wrong no matter what I did with it. It might be A better choice for somebody that has smaller ears

I purchased for my business where we make high volume phone calls on our desk phone cell Phone and pc through out the day. I have used other expensive head sets but I would get complains about comfort, loose connections and still having my team use their AirPods for cellphone and pc calls. I needed something that can connect to all 3 devices, is wireless and has a smaller footprint. This is it! After using for a couple days the only negative feedback I received is that some times the voice control Does not respond accurately. For example you it will announce an incoming call and with voice control you can say ignore or answer the call. There have been times that we have said ignored and the call still gets answered. Might be a user issue but it’s happened a few times to different people. But that’s it! compared to other head sets the size and comfort it far better. Overall I love this product and for the features and price I will be buying 10 more

Biggest piece of junk around. Didn't even last a year. Heck it started having issues after the first 3 months of use. Now it will not stay connected via Bluetooth or with the dongle. It's mot my PC as I used another wireless headset and it connected with no issues. Never buying another Poly item. They were great products when they were Plantronics, now their reliability has gone the way of the Dodo bird.

So I'm conflicted here. I don't love the fit - ear gels don't seat well in my ears - unit is heavy on my ear and interferes with reading glasses - audio volume is too low too. Battery life is good, connection quality as well. Main reason for this is the UNC dongle and charging case. BTW, if you don't buy the UNC version it won't link to UNC dongles. Upside is that UNC for windows works flawlessly. Wish they'd bring back the explorer

This is only earpiece I used. I have 2 earpieces. The main thing is to have both the case and earpiece charged at all times. You also have to keep up with the updates. This is the only brand I have been using over 8 years.

I've been using Plantronics for over 7 years and I always used this particular Bluetooth headset. This is the first time I've had problems. I'm get a lot of people telling me that it cuts out while in mid conversation. Plantronics, you've let me down.
