I have been taking these for a month and I have no idea if they are working. How can one tell if it is reversing any anti-aging processes? I do not feel any different and I do not look any different and my health is the same as it was when i started these. Well, I’ve been taking NMN for about 18 months and I’ve been very happy with it, but now it’s hard to get as there is a patent request on it. So I’m looking for another option. These anti aging supplements are expensive of course, and the data changes every day, so you need to stay updated or you might be wasting money. NAD and NR and NMN all make similar claims, so I’m going to try this and see what my body says. It’s a 60 day supply at a buck a day, so get informed before you spend your money. This product seems well made in the USA under accepted manufacturing standards. No complaints.

This is pure liposomal NAD+. No precursors like NMN or NR here, just NAD+. Is NAD+ better than the precursors? I don't know, and I don't think nearly as much research has been done on it as with things like NMN. Therefore, I will probably continue to take a combination of NMN + NAD+ instead of just NAD+.
