The first time I tried Liquid I.V. was on a friend’s recommendation after we spent a day at a winery in the sun. Just drinking water is not enough after that: you’ve gotta replenish electrolytes. I was kinda shocked by how much better I felt afterward. This is the first electrolyte drink I’ve tried that actually makes a noticeable difference. I assume it’s the balance of vitamins and sodium. Liquid IV says the sugar is what helps get vitamins into your bloodstream more effectively. Now I keep these on hand all the time, especially in the winter, when I wake up feeling dry and sluggish first thing in the morning. I have one every day or every other day. For me, the perfect ratio is one packet mixed into 1 liter of water. It tastes great and feels genuinely hydrating without being overpowering. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is my favorite flavor! I have never noticed any stomach discomfort. I do have a sensitive stomach but I only feel better and more hydrated drinking these. Price-wise, it was the same ordering from Amazon as from the Liquid I.V. website. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that really helps with hydration. not just flavored water. High quality, high functionality, and actually works.

Only 45 cals. I mix with 40oz water with lots of ice every morning when I wake up. (Any less water and it’s too sweet for me). Then I brush my teeth after the sugar. It’s like a reward because I love the taste but I’ve also started the day hydrated and feeling good. Fave flavors in order: golden cherry, strawberry lemonade, strawberry, watermelon, fruit punch. The lemon lime is gross—and typically lemon lime flavored things are my first choice! The pina colada, pear and grape are good. I’m excited to try firecracker popsicle, cotton candy, orange vanilla! Another good one is the tangerine liquid iv with the immune boost (different product than this one)

Absolutely love these for several health benefits. If you've been sick, they are great to help replenish electrolytes. If you've been outside all day working, hanging at the beach, or any kind of activity that causes you to sweat a lot, these are your best friend! I also purchase these for when I am traveling. You can become dehydrated very quickly, and this is beneficial for re-hydration. Every single time I have felt tired or run down and suspect dehydration, I drink one of these in my water bottle and I almost instantly feel better. Every single time! The strawberry lemonade tastes and smells amazing! They are so easy to use, just tear off the top and put in a 16oz. water bottle. For me, the quality is great, and they always help. These do have sugar, so be careful if you can't have sweets. I would recommend their sugar-free option if that is an issue.

Best way to get more water in your system if you can’t remember to drink enough water. This flavor is also the best one out there!!

the after taste was a little weird

Dissolves easily and perfect to throw in bags and backpacks on the go. Helps especially one sports days to keep energy levels sustained in the sun - easy on the stomach and taste is one of my favs (strawberry lemonade)

I love Liquid IV. It definitely makes me drink more water at work! It takes a bit of shaking to dissolve so don’t pour in the packet and then drink right away. I find that one packet it enough for 30oz’s of water.
