Received in 4Days after ordering. It's my fourth box. I often take breaks from gym. So before I start continuing my routine I always order this. Its takes more than a week or two to come on track. After 11 days of continue taking dosage of full scoops I am able to see results. I am observe less fatigue while exercising. 250gm for Rs519 was really a good deal. It will easily last me for 2 months. Remember 1.You take full scoop only for initial days to fill the gap and after it continue with half scoop only. 2.Drink plenty of water. Even during exercise. I drink 2ltrs of water during exercise. 3.Take adequate rest in the night to recover muscle teardown. 4. Try to take it with your preworkout or you can take this half liter water before workout or after workout. Friends All i said good is not true. This creatine isn't good in increasing appetite and indurance at all. All waste of money. Put good review for the gift I received to buy earlier MA protein item. I wasted my Rs500 for this 250gm of soil. Don't waste yours. Asitis or gncpro can be expensive but good. Asitis showed results within a week. This doesn't create any burp or discomfort in stomach which is sign for real creatine. But this one is totally useless. I will update if I see any result.
