I bought this for a PTO trip to Seattle and I wished I had upgraded sooner! I had a older Cabeau pillow that was not foam based and didn't keep me as supported. I love the chin strap which kept me from falling forwards when I was asleep on the plane. On the flight back, we had a long layover and I used this pillow to get a quick snooze at our gate. I was able to sleep fairly comfortable sitting up in a airport seat with this pillow. I've yet to use the straps but you can cinch them down to keep them out of the way. The carrying case is super useful and really clamps down the pillow to save on space so it's not awkward dangling off of your backpack. The raised sides really helped to keep me from slumping side to side and to keep my head up. This pillow was awkward with my Bose QC 35 headphones on. The pillow would push my headphones up but it's not bad enough for me to return the pillow. This pillow is also very lightweight and doesn't feel heavy at all. I recommend this pillow! Hopefully Cabeau will work on the design to make this more comfortable if you are wearing headphones.

This pillow is very well made and is very comfortable to use. It holds my neck comfortably and firmly. The ability to anchor the pillow to the seat back is a game changer for me as it makes sure that my head is not falling forward or moving side to side.

My biggest concern for sleeping on flights is that my head tends to lean forward when I’m falling asleep which then causes me to jolt awake every so often, so the straps for the headrest and chin really sold me. I’ve used it on countless flights and it helps so well with my bobbing head and it helps with a good continuous amount of sleep since you’re pretty much attached to the chair. The cushion itself is pretty sturdy as I’m not a fan of really soft neck pillows as it doesn’t hold my head too well, so I would say this is great if you want your neck pillow to keep your head and neck stable. I took off a star because this may not work well if you’re on the shorter side. I’m 5’3”, and I have to adjust the velcro on the head rest straps to make it as long as possible to get it comfortable enough to reach my neck. It also may hinder your headphone usage as it is quite bulky for a neck pillow and it pushes up my headphones on my ears, so if you do use this, you might need to use wired headphones or airpods.

Very cumfy for long flights

I would give this pillow 0 stars if I could. Although it has very high ratings and I have talked to others that love it, I have a different opinion. I am short, 5'2" and petite. What others haven't experienced or don't know is that this is not designed for those of small stature. It is simply too thick/big to be comfortable unless you have a much longer neck than I. I bought it for a trip to Nepal. Though bulky, I thought it worth carrying for such a long trip. Sadly, that wasn't the case. It was uncomfortable to the point of being unuseable when in an airplane seat and even worse with the addition of headphones. If you order it, try to simulate that environment as it is an expensive, bulky purchase to result in not being able to use it. I dragged it home and thankfully, Amazon took it back. Cabeau wouldn't because I purchased it on Amazon. Cabeau's unwillingness to stand behind a product that they guarantee is disappointing so word to the wise.

We are not very seasoned travelers, so I wanted to be sure I would be able to sleep on the overnight flight to Europe. I researched neck pillows and settled on this one. It worked great! I had to get it a little tight under my chin in order for it to work right, but I was able to get used to that strap pretty quickly. It definitely held my head in place like no other pillow I have ever used. I used it on two bus rides also. It works best when you can tilt your chair at least slightly back. This pillow combined with ear plugs and an eye mask gave me a (relatively) good night's sleep on the plane! I love the ear plugs, they are super soft. The pillow I ordered for my husband did not have the ear plugs with it which was disappointing.

Bought this for a 9 hour flight. I've never tried a neck pillow before so this was my first one to try based on reviews. It Packs up well Into a small carrying case. Comes with silicone ear plugs but it's still a bit expensive for what it is. It doesn't fit my large neck very well and I'm not very overweight ( I just have a big neck). The chin strap is nice as is the seat strap... However because I'm also a bit taller the seat strap wouldn't stay well and would slide down pulling my neck awkwardly. I just couldn't get into a comfortable position on the plane. I think I nodded off for about an hour or two but woke up in a ton of neck pain I ended up just putting this pillow away and using the airline pillow. For 50 bucks I expected more. It also is quite warm but then again I think all neck pillows would befor me. Anyways, not a terrible neck pillow just not right for me. I think if I had a smaller neck or was shorter it would work better. I returned it.

Very comfortable, attached around the headrest to keep head from falling forward, nice carrying case that attaches to the outside of your bag. .definitely worth the money.

Great product and can’t wait to use it on our next flight.

Perfect for long people (not what you think man..) who tend to fall over to the front in tiny plane seats. This belts your head in a comfortable position. Even a strap to be placed under the mouth (optional) to keep you from drooling. Since I have it - long distance flights got 90% more enjoyable. STONG RECOMMENDATION.
