Good phone and good customer service.
Ordered as a gift for someone, sadly the wrong colour was sent out and the recipient wasn’t overly joyed, however the customer service was fantastic and appreciate the help I received. Was able to buy a phone case with the correct colour so the recipient was happy in the end. Easy phone to use, quick, battery lasts a good while. 10/10. Thank you.

Great "basic" phone
I'm writing this review for this phone on mine now. A great phone for anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune but wants to be able to access the basics. Good value for money and definitely does the job 📱

Great for the price
Works like a Google phone. Compatible with all popular gaming, streaming and social media apps. Takes decent photos. Looks and feels great. It is quite light weight. Compatible with various Bluetooth headphones. The storage seems pretty decent I’ve downloaded a bunch of apps with zero issue. The battery life lasts less than 12hours even if you don’t use the phone. It is slightly delayed compared to a more modern phone for example a big app like YouTube can take 5 seconds to load. Sometimes when pressing buttons you have to press a few times for it to receive the action or wait a few seconds to acknowledge the touch . Sometimes in a streaming app like Disney it will kick you off back to home screen but this is usually just at the start, you can go ahead and open it right back up and it won’t mess you about anymore. Overall this is a wonderfully priced back up phone. I am very pleased with it. I will be looking at slightly more modern Nokias in the hope they are little less laggy but I will definitely continue to use this Nokia C12.

Great phone, awful battery.
Phone is good. Battery is AWFUL. Bought in May for my daughter’s birthday; it’s recently stopped holding charge. She fully charged it yesterday morning and put it in her bag. I’ve just taken it out of the bag and it’s dead! She hasn’t even used it! Waste of £££. A battery should last longer than a few months. Not even six months light use!

Battery not very good and the freezing makes it a very poor buy.
It is not dissimilar to the Nokia 3.4. The battery life is bad - having to be recharged every other day. It has one major fault that being it is suspect to the screen lighting up when even picked up or accidentally tapped. Still figuring out how to stop this. The speed is good. Size just right. Sorry I dropped and broke my 3.4 now and a new one is very pricey. An extension to.my initial review. I bought this phone in May 2024. At first it was good but now I find it totally yuk. It is constantly freezing. I tried every trick in the repair manual only now to find it flashing like mad. It does not bode well for Nokia in the future.
