Its great! Small is a bit big on me (29 men's waist) but easy to tighten.

I like the adjustable velcro. Fits nice and snug but also able to release tightness if necessary. Lower lumbar / back area are supported when lifting or bending.....Of course, I use it at the gym but found it was helpful while picking up debris from storm and lifting items. Great belt. Sorry no pictures taken

I use this for extra back support while agressive zipperline mogul skiing. It helps prevent lower back injury.
