Giant Bamboo Seeds 60 pcs/Moso Bamboo/UK Hardy/Grows up to 8-10 metres in Record Speed

These seeds will germinate with or without heat. I’ve found that germination is better with seeds on the surface on their sides under a layer of grit or vermiculite. You don’t really need to put them upright as many ppl suggest. I found slower and less successful germination this way.

I like how it was packed but that's it, I tried 6 different ways to get them to germinate but I suspect all of the seeds were dead on arrival.Obviously this is very disappointing, no one wants to receive dead seeds that won't grow.I was surprised the seed packet didn't have any kind of use by date, this is obviously how it happened, the seller needs to be more careful with their stock rotation. But for me personally, I don't recommend this seller or product.

soaked seeds in water at 35 degrees in a flask for 24 hours then planted about half seed in 4 inch pots of moist compost covered with a thin layer of sand .then placed pots in some small plastic bags and sealed the them then placed bags in my greenhouse now 15 days later two have germinated so far hope more will appear in coming days

The seeds are germinating well after 2 months.I put the seeds in the fridge for 2 weeks then put them in water in the airing cupboard for 2 weeks then poured them onto potting compost .Up they sprouted pricked them out last week . Looking good so far.

The media could not be loaded. They took a while to grow put them in cup water for day then in pots and maybe 2 months started growing obviously not all seeds have grown but happy to grow them from seeds

I managed to get barely two plants sprouting and even that after 6 months of waiting. I gave up and threw them out and eventually they sprouted. Not great seeds

I would have preferred to know that this bamboo is the running kind, and not the clumping kind. The running kind sends out runners below ground to spread, while the clumping kind does not. More info on growing the seedlings and preparing the seeds in the first place would have been useful.

J ai déjà des petites pousse en semis dans ma serre...j attend bien sûr ...pas tout mis je garde pour plus tard...mais bonne qualité produit.

He esperado más de 1 mes y ni 1 sola unidad a germinado, tasa de germinación del 0%Quiero aclarar que me dedico a la botánica y en general al mundo rural desde hace 25 años.Después de leer las opiniones negativas pensé que dada mi experiencia y el acceso que tengo a incubadoras profesionales podría germinar algunas unidades pero ni siquiera con estos medios lo he conseguido.

Confenzione perfetta, tuttavia i semi sono poco fruibili. Apparentemente buoni, ma non attivi. forse servirebbe più esperienza sul loro utilizzo, ma a me sono sembrati secchi. Non è nata nessuna pianta. Consegna perfetta.

Bin wirklich kein Laie auf dem Gebiet, aber dieser Samen, den ich erhalten habe, ist auch unter perfekten Bedingungen leider nicht keimfähig. Nicht ein einziger ging auf. Auch bei einem guten bekannten Gärtner, der den gleichen Samen hier gekauft hat, ist nichts passiert. Schade für die fehlinvestierte Zeit und das rausgeworfene Geld, geschweige von der Klimabilanz;-(

J'ai suivi les instructions à la lettre, trempage 24h, puis semis dans différents terreaux adaptés que je maintient suffisamment humide, température de la pièce 20-24°, aucune moisissures déclarées... Hélas le taux de germination est pour le moment de 0% sur 50 graines . Certaine personnes disent qu'il faut attendre plus de deux mois dans les commentaires donc je changerai ma note si les graine prennent, mais pour le moment la seule explication que j'ai c'est que les graines sont périmées (elles flottent quand on les met dans l'eau c'est mauvais signe pour la plupart des graines, mais pas sûr non plus concernant les bambou), affaire à suivre...
