Too loud
Hands free mode does not work Closing lid is very difficult and it is very noisy like toooooo loud

Perfect value for money product .It works fantastically and design is very compact and bold and works without vibration. I appreciate its locking mechanism. Its grinding power is immense and quick. Its jars as purely build of stainless steel and looks feels looks very strong. It is very easy to clean due to its design.

I am very much disappointed to receive the faulty product. The mixer will not work until the Cup put in the mixer lock. But I have received both the big cups which are not able to fix in the mixer lock (manufacturing defect). I have ordered only after seeing the customer feedback. I ordered thru Amazon as I was in urgent need of that. But I have received defective product only. This was disappointed and wasted my time also. Asked for replacement. Hope I will receive the good one only. Request to do not send faulty product. Once checked all the products and send. This is my humble request.

It does the job but i was expecting a much less noise mixer as it is a new generation one.but it is very noisy and also requires somewhat skillful handling
