SainSmart101-90-165 Clear Flexible TPU 3D Printing Filament, 1.75 mm, 0.8 kg, Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.05 mm

An excellent, flexible filament that produces good results.The finished product is very flexible and will stretch or bend a long way before coming apart.Probably best printed with an extruder mounted to the head, but I printed using a bowden system.Retract doesn't work because of the flexible nature of the filament.Make sure the distance between your extruder gear and nozzle is as small as possible otherwise it will buckle up.Top layers printed on a 10% fill struggled to bridge the gap and took several passes before covering.Perhaps a higher percentage, e.g. > 50% fill should be used?

Prints really well, some small modifications needed on the Bowden extruderPrinted out loads of gaskets to help with pool plumbing, very strong.

Never heard of SainSmart before but I would give it a try on a print that can't do Flexi.This printed on a un-modded XYZ Duo 2.0A GREAT.This has saved me from buying a new hot end and a extruder. With the money I've saved I'm buying more :)A side note for amazon. Please keep it at this price point.

Love printing with this stuff! Wish I could afford to get more quickly.You'll need to get your nozzle more hot than usual, I run at 240°C as opposed to my usual 200°C. Once you've reached temperature it prints beautifully on a cold bed. Also, depending on layer size play around with the temperature slightly. When it runs a bit too hot it comes out sort of matte with a silver sheen. When it comes out just right it's this rich, shiny black.

Printed at 210 on a cold bed with a 0.5mm nozzle. Absolutely perfect results first time - it's a lovely material mechanically and visually - not really squishy but flexible enough for rubber washers and gaskets - I've printed isolating bushes for my CoreXY motors and it is perfect. I print with all manner or materials, and this is now my go-to flexible filament.

Great TPU. Used on a stock ender 3 V2 with an acceptable results

Had my eye on NinjaFlex for a while but was put off by the price and supposed time it took to tweak print setting to get suitable prints. When I saw this I thought what the hell, let's give it a try given the price was only slightly more than normal PLA. No regrets after producing 6 RC car tyres, printed at 220 with no heated bed and they have come out fantastic with no issues first time (Dremel 3D Idea Builder), will buy again.

A fabulous flexible filament that works incredibly well on all my machines. print at 235 degrees and the end results are just brilliant. And a superb price too.

I bought this because the neon colors are very attractive and the 95a means it should be pretty soft, but still reasonable to use on a direct drive extruder. I had a hiccup with the first roll I received.But after testing the replacement roll, it has been working perfectly so far after a quick 90g print. Color comes out really nice and the flexibility is good. No issues with jamming on my machine as long as I have my retraction and speed settings tuned correctly. now working on an eight hour print that I think should come out perfectly fine based on the initial test. Looking forward to testing out the rest of the colors on a print I have planned out. This is definitely worth getting over a lot of the other filaments you see that can be very dull colored. Plus, it came vacuum sealed, which is very important for this material because it fit absorbs moisture that can lead to stringing us which is very difficult to deal with.

Impressive! Prints at the higher end of PLA temps and so far has been the easiest flexible filament I've printed with. Sweet spot for me is 70C bed and 215C hotend, retraction of about 5-6mm on the Anycubic Mega X.

Ich verwende das TPU Filament hauptsächlich für Drone parts wie z.B. GoPro Mounts. Das TPU - Filament von SainSmart, kommt in einer Vakuumverpackung mit eingelegtem Silikagel-Trockenkissen. Ich habe mir Rotes Transparentes TPU gekauft. Die Wicklung schaut klasse aus. Mein TPU Profil funktioniert nach ein paar Einstellung sehr gut. Flow 0.98, erste Schicht 220°, alle weitere Schichten 215°C, Druckbett 60°C. Geschwindigkeit steht bei mir bei Slow = 40 und bei einfachen Druckvorlagen kann ich aber mit meinem Kobra 2 Pro, Speed= 60-70 einstellen. Retract steht bei mir bei 1.9 und Retract Speed 80 mm/sec. Stringing ist vorhanden aber vollkommen OK. Für mich TPU der extra Klasse mit super Druckergebnissen. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Hier noch ein paar Bilder von meinem Druckergebnissen. Tpu fantastico, sainsmart una garanzia. Avevo già avuto modo di provare la qualità di questi filamenti, ma questo nero è incredibile 😍. Lucido, facile da stampare, resistente e bello flessibile, perfetto per i miei droni fpv e parti per moto. Assolutamente consigliato.
