This is the perfect drip coffee maker for those that don't need one with a bunch of gizmos. No clock, no timer setup, just a simple reliable coffee maker. This replaced a 20 year old model that still worked but was looking a bit ragged. This model has a more modern look. Size is normal for a 12 cup machine, not too obtrusive on the countertop. This coffee maker brews a fine cup of coffee. Heating plate keeps the coffee plenty hot, 150 F (65.5 C) but not scalding. This does lack an automatic timed shutoff. But we all have to take some responsibility in our lives. Perfect coffee maker for those that want a simple but functional model.

We were sick of buying new coffee makers every few years, especially with so many features we never even used. This Mr. Coffee coffeemaker is perfect. Simple on/off switch, super easy to use, and brews a piping hot pot of coffee. Very happy with this purchase, and it’s exactly what we were hoping to find!
