I love that I can "hear" my stomach churn as if washing away debris. But be prepared for some adverse effects if you have not eaten many fats! So I've timed it to take a lesser dose or none @ all with my meals depending on fat consumption. But I still value this product and recommend it. Do your research on YT for the benefits. I still have my gallbladder and believe it dissolves stones.

I take a lot of pills on a daily basis. These are smaller than average and easy to swallow. They never get stuck in my throat like some do. There is no aftertaste. My liver function had started to deteriorate which is why I was interested in TUDCA liver support. I have not had blood work done since I started taking these supplements, but I am hopeful that my liver function has improved. I definitely feel like my gut health has been strengthened.

I love my nightly red wine and am always looking for supplements to add to the mix to help offset my 2 nightly glasses. I read about Tudca as a liver support and also that it had gut benefits. I was very nervous to take it as I often get an upset stomach with supplements (like Milk Thistle which I would love to take, but it gives me HORRIBLE heartburn). I noticed not negative side effects when taking Tudca. In fact, if I take it with my morning coffee and sandwich I feel great so it must be helping with my gut too! Highly recommended.

Really didn’t work well but could be my digestion

I tried using this product for two days, however I had to stop taking it because it made me ill. I have tried to contact the company for a refund three times and have had no follow up. This time I am directing my request directly to Amazon, I have been a Prime member for to long not to be receiving adequate customer service.

When open the seal was half open. I popped one capsule and there was bitterness taste before capsule dissolves and capsule is packed with cotton ball. Is this normal. I feel it’s normal

I had my gallbladder removed several months back, and my Dr. did not prescribe any medicine or supplement for digestion. After 2-3 months, I started feeling the food being hardly digested and sometimes had stomachaches. I did my own research and found that anybody who lost his gallbladder must rely on bile acid supplements, especially TUDCA and Ox Bile. Now after I tried Tudca, I can say that it helped me so much. Remember to take it with meals; it will make you feel good.
