Have been a game changer for my feet. The plush foam cushioning feels soft yet supportive and really helps absorb impact whether I’m taking long walks around town or hiking on uneven trails. My feet feel less tired at the end of the day and the extra cushioning makes every step more comfortable. I also appreciate how these insoles improve the fit of my shoes. They slide in easily and stay put without bunching, and they add just the right amount of support without making my sneakers or hiking boots feel too tight. The arch support is noticeable but gentle, which is perfect for all‑day wear. Overall these insoles make a big difference in comfort and help reduce foot fatigue and soreness. If you spend a lot of time on your feet or enjoy long walks or hikes, these are definitely worth trying. I would buy them again.

I am age 74 and suffer from diabetic peripheral neuropathy, so my feet hurt, constantly. I also enjoy travel to Europe, which entails a lot of walking. Sometimes eight or nine miles a day. These insoles are fantastic. It allows me to walk the miles in a somewhat comfortable manner. I like my first pair so much that I've purchased two more sets for different shoes. Most of the negative reviews are due to being sent a used product, some even already cut down to size. That is not a fault of these insoles; it is an Amazon problem. These work so well that I will be purchasing another pair, (I'll just make sure that they are new and not a return).

These insoles brought a tired pair of shoes back to life. My Hoka Transports are great shoes but I squashed the life out of the factory insoles. These Dr. Scholls trimmed easily and fit perfectly without issue. Three days in use now with no complaints. They do not make my shoe feel smaller/tighter. Someone mentioned in another review that the bubbles/bumps on the insoles feel like sand in your shoe. This is true. The bumps are unnecessary and I don’t see any value in them being there. Thankfully the feeling is very small and does not irritate me. But you can feel them and oddly enough, it feels like sand in your shoe at times. I’d say give them a try as they’re great in all other areas. If the bumps bother you, return them. They don’t bother me.

These are a game changer! I added these into my hiking shoes and it adds so much cushion without feeling bulky. I also like that they’re easy to trim so I can customize the size/shape.

Comfortable but I couldn’t wear them in my everyday shoes because they are too tall and didn’t fit right.

These are amazing, I have some feet and ankles problems and there are perfect. They have great arch support, they cradle the foot, and help take the pressure of my Achilles tendon. I definitely recommend these insoles.

I injured my feet a while ago and needed extra padding for my shoes while I was healing. I couldn't walk comfortably for a while. Basically, my feet were sore and painful underneath, especially the heels. I would feel pins and needles very often too, so my nerves weren't very happy either. The insoles were soft and cushioned enough. I was able to finally walk around because everything else I had was too hard and firm, and my new plushier shoes (Hoka Bondi, On Cloud) haven't arrived yet. This was exactly what I was looking for at a great price. If you are looking for plantar fasciitis support, this probably won't work for you because it's not firm enough. Dr Scholl's did have some insoles specifically for that condition on Amazon too when I was scrolling through products. I did also buy a gel version that was blue but it was way too hard for me, so I returned that one and kept this one. I was able to place these inside my New Balance 327 and Keds without issue. I am planning to buy another one to see if I can fit them inside narrow shoes, like a pair of women's flats or loafers.

I bought a mens and women's pair. Cut the mens one on the line indicating the shoe size. Perfect. Dis the same with the women's one only to find it more than a cm too short. I had to throw it away, can't be fixed. Really disappointed
