I was getting really late periods even skipping some, and they were heavy and long. I thought maybe it was menopause but I'm only 39. So, I bought this and a week after i started to take it i got my period finally and i've been losing weight, I'm not bloated and I have very little to no pms symptoms, my bleeding is normal now. This works really well for me but i do work out and i'm fit, something i started to do to help with this but that alone wasn't doing much, until i took this mixture.

I don’t normally do reviews, however I have to with this one. I got off of hormonal birth control about 7 months ago. I had regular periods but the consistency concerned me and I had a lot of PMS symptoms. Within one month of taking these my period cramps have improved and my flow is what I would consider normal! The taste is similar to prunes. Don't get me wrong it is liquid and easy to take. I don't mind the taste because I have had worse. Since I've been taking this for a week now I noticed my mood has become not as tense. I'm going to continue taking it at least for a whole month, so I can see if I get better results.

This works! I've been taking this for over a month now. I have not had a hot flash since taking this supplement. The flavor is not great, but it grows on you. Especially when you start noticing, you can enjoy your evenings again without having to freeze your family out of the house.

Ive only been taken for a few weeks. Not noticed anything different as far as hot flashes. Ill continue to take to because no adverse reactions. Maybe it takes time to work.

Great product! I’ve been using these for over a year and it’s helped regulate my cycle. I’m not menopausal and typically don’t have any pain during my cycles. I have fibroids and this has helped with my bleeding and regulation. I stopped them for 2 months and my period lasted 10 days versus 4-5 so I ordered more. I try my best not to have breaks in between. The taste is good. I drop under my tongue for 30sec then swallow. I never mix it in my drink.
