Nugget Premium Cat Fountain Replacement Foam/Sponge (2 Sets)

We made the decision to purchase this after having a cheaper no name brand, even with being cleaned multiple times a week black spots would appear in and around the water. Replacement filters were also useless. Nugget's filters are easy to replace and the system is easy to clean. Worth spending the extra money vs a cheaper brand from a dropship company. Your pets will thank you!

These do the job

Fits well and keeps the water clean. My two cats are loving the fountain and this keeps all the fluff and other bits out of the water keeping it fresh for longer. The charcoal filters are reusable and only need to be rinsed on every water change.

These filters are easy to pop in when cleaning the water fountain. As you get a box full they last ages. Value for money.

I don't know if it's the filters or my kitten but I've almost got to change them every 2 weeks it feels. They get really soggy and nasty extremely fast and to be honest, the water ain't that clean in the bowl, I'm not entirely sure what they're doing

It took a few days for my cat to use the fountain as she was used to a water bowl. As she didn’t seem keen, I turned it off and left it beside her water dish for a couple days, then took her water dish away. She then drank from the still water. Once she had done this a few times I switched it on, and she used it happily. Very pleased.

My cats are very happy with this purchase. It is at a comfortable height for them and has been easy to use and clean.

Easy, right size for the nugget lite, not a bad price

Ordered as replacements for my cat's water fountain. It was between these (for Nugget Premium) or another set (for Nugget Lite). My fountain is the "Nugget Smart Pet Drinking Fountain 2.5L". I seemingly don't have the Premium or the Lite fountain but these were the ones recommended by Amazon when I purchased the fountain so I got these. The little ones I received in the pack were squares but I cut them into a circle shape and it worked fine. Not sure if it would have made a difference if I purchased the foam replacements marketed to the "Lite" fountain. It works as intended so ultimately it doesn't matter, but thought others might be wondering the same thing I was.

Absolutely worth it. Easy to change out when you’re cleaning the nugget. You’ll notice when to replace it because the filters work great and turn dark.
