Great CO2 regulator **SOLID BRASS**
This regulator has great design, and well made by solid brass. It's easy to use and working excellent in my little green house, especially the flow meter can indicate flow rate precisely to keep the best condition in the green house. The best quality I have ever had. Strongly recommend for all of you ~~

Works Fine For Aquarium Use. Included CO2 Hose Adds Value To Setup.
This was purchased to provide CO2 injection to my planted tank. I have had no issues with it once I was able to dial in a good flow. I purchased this over the Premium because of the included CO2 hose. The flow meter does nothing for me as my rate is lower than it registers. But if I ever go into hydroponics, it will be useful there.... I have it hooked up to a heavy duty lamp timer. The regulator has 3 prongs, so be sure your timer is equipped with three prongs. . I have it set at around 2 lbs for the primary regulator and then the smaller flow regulator is keeping defuser pumping out a nice even stream of bubbles. I tried at at a lower pressure and the solenoid valve wouldn't open consistently and I had trouble getting any flow after the solenoid valve would cycle. Once I pushed up the pressure, the valve worked without issue. After about a day of fiddling around, I found a good balance of pressure and flow rate. It turns on and off without any action on my part. I haven't touched it in the 2 weeks since I got it set. I'm happy with this item. Even though it isn't really for aquarium use, the CO2 hose and price at the time made it the best option.

Watch your tank gaurd
This item worked great up to 1 years of use. The seam where the unit attaches to the tank now leaks and cannot be fixed. It worked excellent before that. All I did was switch tanks and now it leaks quite badly. Edit: I believe my exchange tank had a different gaurd on it, the gaurd got jammed and stretched the joint. Beware of this and the tanks you use

Expensive ≠ Quality
I was hoping that a more expensive regulator would mean a higher quality product, but I found this wasn't the case. It didn't even make it 2 years before one of the main joints began to leak. I had only changed CO2 tanks twice in that timeframe--the rest of the time it sat untouched, so I'm not sure how it broke, but it did. I also found that even though the description touts "high quality" construction, there's no warranty. When it did work, I found that the knobs were so incredibly sensitive that it was difficult to get a reasonable bubble count. I'm going to try the ProLabs regulator with a solenoid. It's 1/3 of the price and has a 4 year warranty.

Not for aquariums.
I bought this thinking that I was getting the best one they offered. Little did I know that the gauges on this are for a much larger volume of Co2 than I need in my 55gal aquariums. Making it very difficult to fine tune the output.

Great product. Great Price.
Very easy to assemble. Previous to buying this, I was very skeptic as there has been many people complaining about the needle valve being hard to control. It is actually extremely easy to control once you get it down. It starts very fast for about 3-4 seconds and then slows down to the desired bubbles.

Works perfect
It was a bit more expensive than I wanted to spend but I knew I'd be glad I got something quality that I wouldn't have to worry about, and this is just that - it works great though like others have mentioned, their isn't near enough pressure to even lift the ball thing but I'm really happy with the product and the solenoid.. they have a model below this one that doesn't have the ball thing, may be worth getting it instead since it really doesn't do anything if you are using it in an aquarium. Shipping and delivery was very prompt

Great Product!!
Great product, fast delivery. so far so good in just over a week of use. easy to set up just takes a bit of waiting to dial it in, you have to adjust and wait, adjust and wait,,, came with the thick CO2 safe tubing I just had to add a bubble counter and a diffuser. the only downside is the ball gauge, it doesn't work at all with the low amount of pressure needed to run CO2 in an aquarium setting. I would recommend this to anyone needing a regulator for aquarium use. and add a timer and you don't have to do anything else until your bottle runs out.
