Very Nice EDC Light!
The Sofirn SC32 is an awesome new EDC flashlight. It is lightweight that fits nicely in your pocket or in your hand. The SC32 has nice knurling all around the light for a nice secure grip. The SC32 comes with a clip where you can use it hands-free. The SC32 has a Luminus SST40 (CW-6500K) LED that produces 2000lm with a nice throw of 214m. The SC32 has an electronic tail click switch that is easy to use for one-handed UI operation. There is also a battery indicator built in. The SC32 comes with a Sofirn rechargeable battery. The SC32 has a built-in USB-C charging port on the front of the light (which is different) and comes with a USB-C charging cable. The SC32 has a nice strike bezel on the head of the light. The SC32 has reverse polarity protection and ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation) to prevent overheating. I don’t have anything to improve on this light as it is just a very affordable EDC light to have. Sofirn is one of my favorite brands of flashlights and makes a nice, quality flashlight. I would definitely recommend the SC32 to anyone looking for an affordable quality EDC light!

Great Light!
The media could not be loaded. This flashlight is out of this world! It’s very light, small, and my new EDC. The varying brightness settings are very handy and the overall brightness for such a small flashlight is unbeatable. I left it on moonlight mode all day and the battery still has plenty of power. The tail switch is perfect for me. It isn’t too hard or too easy to press down. Tough enough to not accidentally turn it on but you won’t be straining to turn it on either. The Dual Way clip is nice for EDC and gets clipped on my backpack when through-hiking. Knurling, size, material, and weight make the flashlight very easy to handle. Not to mention the water resistance.Overall, this Sofirn SC32 is very a very bright, long-lasting, reliable flashlight that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new EDC, a light for hiking, or even just one to keep in a cabinet for when your power goes out.

INCREDIBLE little FLOODER!
Today I am reviewing the Sofirn SC32. A very small 18650 flashlight that I have found to be fantastic for my nightly hikes as a headlamp. I DIY'd a headband so that the light points straight forward from above my forehead. I found that the SC32 is perfect for this because it has a very “floody” beam with no real hotspot. This is outstanding for illuminating a broad area in front of me so that I can see all of the roots and rocks that I need to negotiate. At only 4 ounces (on my scale with battery) I barely know it is on my head. This is not the only one way I have used it though. It also makes a great handheld flashlight and is perfect size for Every Day Carry (EDC) needs as well. It has a port for recharging and charges in just under 2 hours! Another thing that I really like about it is the e-switch. It gives the flashlight a super solid feel without the rubber button on the side. It runs on one 18650 battery and I have been happy to see that it remains on high lumen output for the entire length of my 1 to 1.5 hour hikes. I will say that it does step down quite quickly off of turbo mode as it gets very hot and the electronics are designed to maintain the integrity of the flashlight. The 900 lumen “high” setting is plenty of light however to see everything I need clearly! As it is not an Anduril 2.0 UI flashlight it is not possible to reconfigure the temperature regulation. I do think that the fact that it is such a flood type beam, it may not be as helpful to some people but there are definitely situations in which a broader, less focused beam is beneficial.

Not bad, but has it's limitations
The good:Good interface. Once you get used to the control, every mode you want is handy. It's as bright as you'd need a pocket sized flashlight to be.Two way clip is now a deal breaker. Won't buy a flashlight that doesn't have one.Good size. The bad:Its small size and extreme brightness means it can get REALLY hot. Not enough heat sink for cooling.Maybe not completely waterproof... One day it got hot, I dropped it in the sink to cool off... Water infiltrated. It got a little water inside and quit working. To its credit, I took it apart for a couple days and it resumed normal operation.

Just buy it! (EDIT. Don't!)
This light makes me wonder why I've paid a lot more for other brands. This light is great and I highly recommend it.Update: Lasted about a week. Pft.
