AQA A-level Economics Fifth Edition Paperback – 26 May 2023

Got this for my husband for his birthday and he just loves it! He says the syllabus has improved from last time and it's quite beautiful inside. I remember those old AQA textbooks 😅 Alebit for biology, chemistry and physics. So nice the inside is more colourful with some pastel tones. Made me want to learn Econ for myself ☺️

Poor kids (or their parents!) that are forced to spend a ridiculous amount to support their education.

I teach A Level AQA and was hoping they will change the layout of the book in this edition, indicating the units to teach in the first year and the units in the second year. The book is exactly the same as the previous edition, just with more up to date stats and case-studies. I still use their old AS book to teach in the first year - much prefer that split rather than the linear approach suggested by this textbook. In that respect Edecxel have done a better job splitting their book in 4 units, where you would teach units 1&2 in the first year and units 3&4 in the second. Maybe in the next edition…
