I started using a Reishi Mushroom Extract supplement a couple of years ago and have noticed it really supports my immune health. Like many people, I’m focused on staying well, especially in today’s world, and this supplement has become part of my routine. One thing I appreciate about it is its simplicity—just clean ingredients with no noticeable side effects, whether taken during the day or at night. A couple of weeks ago, when I felt a bit under the weather, I increased my daily dosage slightly (usually, I take 1000 mg split between the day and early evening).
