Platinium Ceramic Commode product is excellent, it’s looks is like international. Working well as shows ad. Good designed finishing, comfort, quality is no compromise. Value for money. Easy to use, logistic packing and delivery service was in time. Everything was good services. I like plantex products.

The media could not be loaded. Value for money after discount, looks good but not much glossy as seen in picture, flush works well, quality of cover is good soft closing.

Not a good product and worst service centers
Flush refill is very slow, customer care is of no use. There is no warranty for the product. It's just what they mention in description when it comes to actual claim they don't support it. I would suggest to buy other products locally. I didn't know that some products can be so pathetic online. Don't waste your money on this product.

Good product, but still haven't installed

Flushing is terrible
The media could not be loaded. Product looks good, the description is very different from what product I got. I am now wondering what to do with a product that is terrible to use.My wife is not very happy with it too.

Quality
Working since 1 month with no issues. Uses less water compared to previous and cleans perfectly. Packaging was superb while delivery. I will buy again if it works for long time.
