I bought this for home use. I thought some parts were missing and contacted customer service and they were **very** responsive. It turns out it was all my fault - everything had been supplied. I've used this quite a bit now and I am very happy! This is ideal for home use, but I don't believe it would stand up to constant office use.

I bought this for binding study printouts for a technical subject where I needed to be able to review a lot of material each week on paper. This price point doesn't get you a good binder. I went through two from my local office supply store at similar prices and returned them both. But this one does the job. I'm not going to say you'll never have a dodgy cut, but one you've used it a few times and "know" how it handles, you can get pretty consistent results from it with very few stuff-ups. It's not a professional-grade machine and doesn't pretend to be, but it's good enough for higher-end home use. I'm glad I bought it.

I wasn’t expecting greatness for the price but I also won’t be using it everyday so I didn’t want to pay for greatness. First I tried pages that I had laminated. I tried 2 to begin with and quickly realized 2 was too many. I went down to one and still had a lot of issues. The holes will not punch all of the way through. Second book I did, I just did regular paper and it worked so much better. I continue to have problems with getting the binding on. I seem to have to manually put through holes on most of them as only a couple ends up in the holes when I pull the lever. This could me a me problem though. Lol. All in all, for the money it does a decent job and does what I need it to. Binding that comes with is only for small amount of pages so make sure to order bigger ones if you need it!
