Good product. After research, I bought this product from amazon. Had an issue with the product after the first use itself. Reached customercare through call and Whatsapp. They asked to share few details (vedio and pics of the product). Immediately after sharing they resolved the issue by replacing with a new mixer base. They followed up every minute till the delivery of new product to me. They arranged the pickup for the old product at our door step, and delivered new product through courier. Great customer support. Totally satisfactory result. It's a bit expensive but value of money. It offers slim & space saving design, zero leakage jars, minimal vibration, strong stability and durability. The powerful motor gives stunning performance. Also very easy to use. Sometimes you'll see water droplets at bottom back side of the jars while using it but that's completely fine do not need to worry about.
