Why is RAM so stupid?
It blows my mind how RAM trucks require this. They are so dumb. I haven't had a chance to use this yet, and I am sure it works just fine. I just wanted to rant about how stupid it is that Chrysler makes vehicles that require you to take the instrument cluster apart in order to plug this cable in instead of using the standard OBD connector like everyone else.

That thing is not working with same manufacturer scanner! Anyone testing your own product with same brand tools before it is for sale?

Cable is fine, but xtool is a scam when it comes to any warranty claim. I had one of their scan tools and the touch screen stopped accepting touch input. Company refused to warranty the item even tho it was well within the 2 year warranty period. Posting here because the scan tool has been removed from Amazon
