The best
For me — as a non-professional user— these are the best hand stripping knives so far (from the affordably priced range and compared to other types I had tried). UPD: I have to update this review, as with time I found that this knife, although very comfortable in hand, actually cuts the hair off easily instead of pulling which is not good. I heard there are ways to dull it a bit, but I have yet to find out.

Excellent de matting tool
A brilliant tool for getting knots and matts off of cats coats. Small enough to get into small hollows in the body and very effective. My cats will sit on the side of my chair as i strip their knots out as the stripping knife doesnt pull or tug, instead slicing knots away. The curve means it keeps well clear of their skin too so very safe once you get used to it, and within weeks of a de matt using these, the coat will be glossy and fully regrown, unlike power clippers which cut the lot of the fur off

Good and comfortable to use.
I was specifically looking for knives like these; they're very comfortable and easy to use. I bought them for a miniature schnauzer; you have to choose the right angle to prevent them from cutting into the fur.
