This electric underblanket is really good — it takes a little while to warm up, but once it does, it puts out plenty of heat. I love that it’s dual control, so my partner can have theirs on while I leave mine off, or vice versa. It’s a really practical feature that makes sharing a bed much more comfortable. The controls are easy to use, and it’s great that there’s an “off” button on either side, so you can switch it off easily in the dark. My only minor gripe is that it’s not immediately obvious which side is low and which is high, so it can take a moment to figure out in low light. It also requires being plugged in on both sides — not a problem for us, but something to be aware of depending on your bed setup. Overall, it’s well-made, effective, and comfortable. Definitely a cozy addition for colder nights, especially if you like controlling your own side of the bed.

I’ve had this Silentnight Dual Control Electric Blanket for around three weeks now and it’s honestly amazing. It heats up quickly and feels like being hugged by a big warm bear when you get into bed. The dual control feature is a great touch, letting each side choose their own heat level which saves a lot of arguments on chilly nights. The heat is evenly spread and the blanket itself feels soft and comfortable to lie on. My only small suggestions for improvement would be a better strap system to keep it firmly in place, as the elastic ones can let it bunch up a little, and a timer function would be handy for overnight use. Overall it’s a brilliant product that makes a real difference on cold evenings. If you want a reliable, cosy, and easy-to-use electric blanket, this one won’t disappoint.

If you are considering it, just do it - it's very nice in the winter if you want to turn down the heating and just stay warm in bed instead, you'll save a heap on heating costs!

Great blanket - lovely and warm in bed. Easily controlled. Not uncomfortable. I put it under mattress protector, as well as fitted sheet, and it works great. I don't sleep with it on and I have found setting 2 to be the best after a boost on 3 first

THIS IS MORE LIKE A HEATED SHEET THAN A BLANKET Purchased this heated blanket (under sheet) as it has been cold on a few occasions and didn’t want to put the heating on to heat the whole house when I’d be going to bed! This arrived and was fitted and on the bed in minutes it has straps that go around the mattress to keep it in place! It took longer to remake the bed than fit this but is practically unnoticeable when on and under the sheet apart from the wire (I’ve fitted it so you can’t see the wire) it is good quality and nice and soft (apart from 1 corner where the wire is) It is not the full length of the bed but I’ve fitted it almost to the bottom of the mattress so it comes up almost to top of back/shoulder height! it does have a corner that has the fairly small socket where the wire goes into the blanket! this is noticeable on occasions when you move and feel it! I have mine at bottom of bed but still hit it with my feet sometimes but not enough to make you want to remove it It has 3 heat settings and an off setting which I found setting 1 and 2 were rather pointless so mine is always on highest setting 3 and how it is positioned really makes the bed nice and warm It does not have any form of timer so will stay on until you switch it off (not good if you fall asleep with it on or get out of bed and leave it on) switching it off can be done on the control panel which is inline on the power cable or via the plug socket!! To overcome this I have mine plugged into a Meross smart socket which allows timers and schedules via its mobile app and I have mine to automatically turn off after an hour so when it’s really cold I’ll switch it on about 15 minutes before bed so I’ll get into a nice warm bed and if I fall asleep quickly it turns itself off

I wouldn't have been without this electric blanket this winter. It only takes a few minutes to heat up. There are 4 settings and find putting it on 2. Is sufficient. I do turn it off before going to sleep. But you can leave it on number 1 just to keep you warm through the night. It's so comforting - Especially if you didn't feel too well and is more economical than having heating on in the bedroom. As you get older there's nothing more comfortable than a lovely warm bed to get into on these very cold nights.

Good quality product, Just place it under the sheet turn it on for half hour before you go to bed and you’ll have a warm bed for all night.

I bought this as a gift for a friend, and unfortunately, it does not seem to provide much warmth. I was very disapoinyed when she told me that now after three days is still not working.While a slight warming sensation can be felt after an hour, it is not long-lasting, and it takes a full hour for it to begin working.
