The Best TV for a $ Grand!
I bought this in December 2023 - so this IS a REAL Feedback. Picture quality is phenomenal. I have two TCL 55 inch, one Samsung 55 inch, one Hisense 58 inch, one Pioneer (made by TCL) 43 inch LED TV's. None of them hold a candle to this 75 Inch Samsung QLED Dual LED. There is NO LAG. Our connection is incredibly fast through a TP-Link BE6500 (Archer 7) Router with Alta Fiber fiber optic cable internet. We stream everything. NO cable TV etc. Sound quality is adequate for a 320 square foot room. I do have an Sony/JBL Audiophile system that we use most of the time with this TV's volume set to zero. The ease of set up took less than 5 minutes. I have Roku on all the TV's here since Roku has the biggest capacity for channel apps. The Pioneer (TCL) is at our campground property on an antenna. The remote control is "light"powered - so no batteries. Keeping mind the Roku remotes actually do all the work along with Alexa and my Sony/JBL Audiophile system remote. We stream on mainly on Fubo, but we also stream PBS, Disney+, Discover, Roku, Hulu, Paramount+, Netflix, NASA, Peacock, CW, Plex, Tubi, Brit-Box, FMC, Filmrise, FOX Nation, Freevee, Amazon Music, Prime, Xumo, FAWSOME, Stirr, Movies Anywhere, PlutoTV - all with zero issues and zero buffering on any of our TV's. This Samsung has the best picture; PERIOD! So even after and over a full year, we are still thrilled ! ! !

Decent
We ordered two of these for non-critical viewing. A big concern was if it would arrive without damage. Thankfully, because of it's smaller size and Amazon delivery system, both boxes arrived on different days but in the same great condition. The box is pretty plain and there is styrofoam top and bottom with plenty of air between the cardboard and the screen. This TV is a SMART TV. There's a lot of electronics devoted to being that. Unfortunately, we prefer to use Firesticks so just use it as a monitor and put away the remote. As a TV, picture quality is only OK. Still playing with the settings but it is more washed out than our OLED of similar size. Sound is OK for a TV. I like that the TV is light and the bezel around the screen is thin. We mounted one and used the stand for the other. No problems. I did not look closely but i think the remote uses a button cell battery of some sort instead of the usually AAA. Initial quality is good and we are happy with the price.

Well pleased.
I bought this 75" Samsung after my comparatively priced TCL 65" developed screen issues after just 13 months(Thanks Asurion for covering it) and I must say I'm happy with my purchase. I also had a 55" TCL go kaput after just 2 years. I doubt they've done long term tests on the TCL big screens as the reviews have been glowing, but my experience says steer clear. If you're in the market for a reasonably price big screen tv for your living room then look no further as this is a great tv for your average person. This might not be a serious gamer or videophile set but the picture pops and to me the contrast is great which is important. These are the pros that were important to me: Pros: Beautiful picture especially in higher resolution Deeper blacks Minimalist remote that works with my Vizio soundbar Optical to work with my older soundbar Nice design with very thin bezel Rechargeable remote(USB C) with solar recharging also! No batteries to change! Pleasing interface, easy to navigate Samsung product. I've always had good luck with their tv's though I did buy the Asurion insurance just in case. Samsung TV plus adds basic cable for free, saving cost. Add your favorite movie channel and you're covered for your entertainment needs Sale price was reasonable Cons: I had an issue with VESA bolt holes when mounting but I got 'er done. I'll update if I have any issues.

Great picture...in the prime viewing area
This TV was easy to set up, and the picture quality is impressive, though the picture looks washed out when viewed more that 20° off-axis from the "sweet spot." That tends to be the "nature of the beast" with LCD TVs. This is a basic TV -- not lots of input/output ports. That's fine with me. I use a receiver to handle the audio and the video switching for DirecTV and my Blu-Ray player. I just need a single HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV. The TV offers good streaming capabilities when connected to a high-speed home router, either via WiFi or a dedicated RJ-45 connector. I use the TV's ARC feature to feed the audio from live (antenna) TV or streaming video back to the receiver via that same HDMI cable. Sweet. The included remote has no replaceable battery -- it has a photo-sensor and is charged by light. I'm not certain that's an advantage, but so far it hasn't been a problem.

Amazing picture, very lightweight
We got this as an upgrade from a TCL 75" Roku TV from I think 2016-2017 because it was causing interruptions to our WiFi connection. After trying everything under the sun, we decided to get a non-Roku Smart TV and went with Samsung, because we already have another Samsung 55" Neo QLED that is amazing, and 2 Samsung phones. As a quick side note, changing to a non-Roku TV solved our WiFi/internet woes, for anyone who may be experiencing a similar issue. When the old TV was on, the speeds would drop from 240Mbps to 10-40Mbps until it was powered off. No IP conflicts, router settings were correct, etc. Just an issue with Roku that has gone unsolved for many years. Now, on with the review! I will start by saying I'm not exactly technically inclined when it comes to TVs nor do I know much about the specifications and what they entail. I will give you an honest review from a user's standpoint in comparison to my previous model. What I like about this product: The picture is crisp, and moves fluidly. On the TCL we used to have, you could almost "see" the refresh rate and it reminded me (now) of a TV from the 90s. The TCL also had almost a dark grey color where the black parts should have been. However, the blacks on the Samsung Q60C are pretty close to true black. You'll probably never beat an OLED with a QLED, but it comes pretty close. It helps immerse you in movies, especially scary ones where you should be able to barely see what's lurking in the dark (in my opinion)! It was easy to mount and MUCH lighter than our previous TV. The mount arm is no longer bending under the weight of our TV with the Q60C. It has most the apps you'll need right out of the box, but if it's missing any, they're pretty easy to add. The remote can charge by USB, or you can flip it over and charge it in the sun with the solar panels on the back. What I don't like: The menu can be a little sluggish at times to respond to inputs, which is a little frustrating. It's a minor inconvenience in my book and doesn't warrant a whole star removed, especially given how much of a difference it's made for us. Score: 5/5, would definitely buy again.

Great TV at the Price
So I am using a newer Roku device along with a HDMI 2.1 cable... This gives the TV the ability to do what is known as "Auto HDR" so it can operate in 8-bit mode (normal color space) when the video on the screen isn't using 4:4:2 or greater and when the content does contain the data to support HDR and 10-bit depth it will automatically switch... I say all of that to say this, when it switches from HDR to "standard" you can see a instant 20% difference in image quality. This is most noticeable in Plex on Roku where the trailer it loads from IMDB or Youtube is in low quality and you press play and POOF you can instantly see how the colors improve. This is only visible if you're using HDMI 2.1 from start to finish. HDMI 2.0 will allow you do HDR but it won't be dynamic and it won't be at 4k. I think given the price, this is the best TV under 1k. I got the 55-inch model for just under $500 on a sale, and it fills my room great. Paired it with the B series sound bar from Samsung and feel like for <$800 I couldn't be happier.

Would not recommend, warranty process is awful
When I first got this tv I was fairly impressed, big tv clear vibrant picture, life was great! But after having the tv for 10 months I started to see vertical lines, this issue was made even worse when any subtitles were on. The tv was under a year old so off to the phone to call Samsung inquiring about warranty. Some of the representatives I talked to on the phone were nice but not helpful, those that had the ability to do anything were rude in the end. Somehow Samsung had the original purchase date of the tv wrong, I had purchased through Amazon and was able to provide and invoice but the fact that the tv had been registered at an earlier date was concerning. Eventually, 2 weeks later, Samsung dispatched their authorized repair service “Service Quick”, two workers came to my house and confirmed in fact my tv was experiencing issues. The two workers took my tv off the wall and left with it, said it would be repaired within a few days and delivered back the next week. It has been over 2 weeks since they took my tv away, the company communication with customers is non existent aside from some automated emails and I’m not sure I’ll ever get my tv back from them. Calling Samsung back about this issue just results in further frustration, and each time at the conclusion of the phone call there is suppose to be a survey to rate their service, but their representatives terminate the phone call before you ever reach that point. In the end it’s a big 4K tv, the user interface can be annoying, especially if you only using the tv as a screen and use an Apple TV or cable box instead of the built in smart features, all of this I can live with. My experience with Samsung’s support and their authorized repair centers has been a disaster, I would encourage others to look into any other brands when considering a purchase like this one.
