Fabric Glue Pen Plus Double Refill Pack, EPP, no pins, Dries Clear, Sewing & Paper Piecing

It does what it says on the packet. Dries clear and much easier to use that other stick glues. Very pleased.

Worked extremely well for the purpose I bought it for, English paper piecing. A great buy especially as you get refills with it. A super addition to my sewing box.

Not used as yet but I have for a few years used double sided sticky tape and the sewing machine sometimes doesn't like it as can be too sticky! This I have heard about in many sewing groups and instruction videos and I will be testing it out when installing a zip into a bag. This is supposed to be much simpler to use too...not cutting tape and messing about with it.I think though that the tubes are really tiny for the price so will use sparingly.

I used this item for a millefiori project which has EPP templates of very different sizes. I found it difficult to use for small pieces and sometimes I had to re - glue at a later stage. Still quicker than tacking and will persevere as may adhere better with different paper and fabrics.

These are a great product for the sower but why must they be so expensive I wouldn't be without my trusted style glue pen holder this is why I have given a 5 rating

Makes work easier

I am so glad I bought this. It comes into its own when making narrow strips of fabric eg folding the fabric in 1/4" from each side the folding in half. The glue hold the fabric in place until it is sewn. The needle will easily go through the glue without making the needle sticky. As the packaging says, the glue comes out pink but dries clear so no fear of it showing. I wish I had bought this before now. I am so impressed that I have also bought extra "sticks" of glue.
