These are quality pumps
These are quality pumps but as with any product there are issues from time to time. My first pump arrived and did not run at all. I checked it with a meter and basically it was an open circuit. I ask to return the first and ordered a second pump and received the second pump today and installed on spray rig and it worked immediately, no problem. Sprayer is used for weed control around buildings and fences around the farm.

Weekend great
Pump motor went out on a 60 gallon sprayer and glad I found this one too replace it. Just need to remember to clean it out at the end of using it so the weed killer doesn't mess it up again.

Defective Product
Item delivered on 1/10 and stopped working right after the 30 day return window had closed. Like a few other reviews state it stops working, unfortunately for us it was after the return window.

Does what it's meant for.
I gave this pump a 4 out of 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1. At almost full pressure and low flow its designed to pulse the motor on/off at a high rate to slow the pump down, as apposed to lowering the actual RPMs. As a result it the start inrush current is high and it makes my lights flicker kind of like a strobe light. Annoying. The lights arent even on the same circuit. But same battery source. My fix was to add big capacitor inline with the pumps power feed within 8" of the pump. That fixed the problem. But I shouldn't of had to spend $45 to do that. 2. Somewhat noisey. I can hear it thru out my 48' boat. Installed in the far aft. Hi rate of pulsing probably doesn't help the noise level. Other then that... love it! Seems well built.

Exact replacement
This was the exact replacement my husband wanted for our old broken Shurflo pump in our boat. The new replacement pump works perfectly, good quality and easily replaced our old one.

Fantastic Pump!
Needed a sprayer pump to irrigate garden. Was skeptical and one question replied it probably wouldn't work. Plenty of pressure ( over 50lb on gauge and pumped 275 gal water in under an hour. Calculated 4.5 gal per min based on volume and time required.

Good pump
This is my second season using this pump for yard/field spraying and so far, so good. No complaints to date.
