It tastes pretty good but pay attention to the temperatures of the liquids added like any butter or buttermilk/water that is called for. it has to be around 80 degrees for the yeast to work. If you follow that one simple rule you will get a rather good tasting bread that leaves a really great aroma in the house.

I am not a baker and have never made bread of any kind, but I like fresh bread and can't always get to the grocery store. This was my first attempt to make bread using my Zojirushi Breadmaker. This turned out better than I could ever imagine as my first attempt at making bread. The result was a perfectly baked 2 pound loaf of the best Sourdough bread.

The mixture was too much for my bread maker and overflowed. It made quite a mess!

Prepared Pantry Bread Machine Bread mixes are awesome. We love all the different types of bread and the mixes work perfectly every time.

I haven't been disappointed by any of their bread mixes, and this was no exception
