It's uncanny how aligned we have become at such a young age (2 years as of this writing). The coolest part is that the tech we use changes so quickly, but our values, motivations, and 'core' stay the same. Priceless.

This is a such a great read. I have appreciated how Simon Robinson, Maria Moraes Robinson and Igor Couto have thoughtfully and authentically outlined the links to designing a life centred ecology for tech and bringing 'soul' to the #digitaltransformation conversation. It drops a starting manifesto for the coming tsunami of business model innovations that will be required in every sector if we want to create peace, prosperity and planetary flourishing.

A visão abordada pelos autores é fenomenal e endereça todos os temas que toda companhia e gestores deveriam buscar para ter uma crescimento exponencial sustentável.A conexão trazida com um blueprint deixa muito claro, primeiramente dos atores/sistemas envolvidos e então como é feita a conexão de cada um criando uma perfeita simbiose.Eu particularmente adorei a forma como os 4Ps foram colocados. Trazendo as preocupações que as organizações precisam ter com os temas atuais, desde os temas mais organizacionais como ESG até a conexão da tecnologia sendo utilizada para permitir a escalabilidade, nos conceitos de plataforma, gerando o potencial para a experiência do cliente e claro o aspecto humano dos colaboradores sendo a força motriz.

This book just blew open my mind. I find myself telling everyone I meet they must read it. I understand why so many services don't work for the consumer. I know what to do for my own startup. Yay for Tech with Soul, it is THE way forward.
